SoleVault.net uses a recommendation system to suggest videos that may be of interest to you. This page explains how our recommender system works, in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
1. Purpose of the Recommendation System Our recommender system is designed to help users discover relevant foot fetish content more easily by showing videos based on popularity, user behavior, and content similarity.
2. How Our Recommendation System Works We use the following main criteria to generate recommendations:
- Popularity – Videos with the highest number of views and interactions in the last 24–48 hours.
- User Behavior – Videos similar to those you have previously viewed or clicked on (based on session data).
- Content Similarity – Videos with similar tags, categories (e.g., Soles, Toes, Footjob, Stockings, Cum on Feet, Nylon & Socks), and visual characteristics.
- Trending & Newest – Manually curated and automatically detected trending and newly added content.
3. Data Used for Recommendations The system analyzes:
- Videos you have viewed or clicked
- Time spent on individual videos
- Categories and tags you interact with
- General platform-wide trends (anonymized)
We do not use sensitive personal data (such as age, gender, location, or sexual orientation) for personalized recommendations.
4. User Controls You can influence the recommendations in the following ways:
- Clearing your browsing data / cookies in your browser
- Using the “Customize” button in the cookie banner to disable non-essential cookies
- Avoiding interaction with certain categories
We do not offer a direct “opt-out” from all recommendations, as the system is an integral part of the browsing experience on a tube platform.
5. Transparency
- Recommendations are generated automatically by an algorithm.
- We do not manually promote or suppress individual videos for commercial reasons.
- All recommended videos come from third-party sources. SoleVault only provides links and thumbnails.
