SoleVault.net (“SoleVault”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to complying with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

1. Our Role as an Intermediary Service SoleVault operates as an online platform and intermediary service within the meaning of the DSA. We provide a searchable index and linking service for adult content.

We do not create, host, store, or distribute any video files or visual content ourselves. All videos and images are hosted by third-party providers. When a user clicks on a thumbnail or video link, they are redirected to the original external website.

2. Illegal Content Reporting Mechanism In accordance with Article 16 of the DSA, we provide users with an easy way to report illegal content.

If you believe any content accessible through SoleVault is illegal under EU law (e.g., child sexual abuse material, hate speech, or other prohibited content), please report it immediately by sending an email to:

Email: inside@solevault.net

Your report must include:

  • The exact URL of the content
  • A clear explanation of why you consider the content illegal
  • Your contact details (optional, but helpful)

We will review every valid report promptly and take appropriate action (including removal of the link where required).

3. Designated Point of Contact For all DSA-related inquiries, including reports of illegal content, trusted flaggers, or competent authorities:

Designated DSA Contact: Email: inside@solevault.net

4. Transparency and Moderation

  • We do not perform proactive monitoring of content.
  • Content is indexed automatically from third-party sources.
  • We act expeditiously upon receiving valid notices of illegal content.
  • We maintain records of content moderation decisions in accordance with DSA transparency obligations.

5. Advertisements We may display targeted advertising. We do not use profiling based on special categories of personal data for advertising purposes.

6. Changes to This Statement We may update this DSA Statement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page.
