1. Contact for Law Enforcement All official requests from law enforcement agencies, government authorities, or trusted flaggers should be directed to our designated law enforcement contact:

2. What We Need from You To process your request as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:
- Official agency name and jurisdiction
- Your official email address and contact details
- Description of the matter (including relevant legal basis)
- Exact URL(s) of the content in question
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
3. Our Response Time We respond to properly formatted law enforcement requests within 24–48 hours (usually much faster). In urgent cases involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other imminent threats, we act immediately upon receipt of a valid request.
4. Important Notice SoleVault.net is an intermediary service and does not host any video files, images, or other media content. All videos and thumbnails are hosted by third-party websites. When a user clicks on content, they are redirected to the original external source.
We can only remove links from our index. We cannot remove content from the third-party servers where it is actually hosted.
5. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Any report concerning suspected child sexual abuse material will be treated with the highest priority. We fully cooperate with authorities such as NCMEC (USA), Europol, Interpol, and national hotlines.
6. Legal Requests We will only disclose user data or remove content when required by valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or equivalent legal instrument) in accordance with applicable law.
