SoleVault.net (“SoleVault”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to responding to claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on SoleVault.net infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (include title, author, and any relevant registration number if available).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL (link) where the material is located on our website.
  4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on SoleVault was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notice. Please send it to the same email address above and include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

3. Policy on Repeat Infringers

SoleVault reserves the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

4. Misrepresentations

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or that material was removed due to mistake or misidentification may be liable for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
